This villa is located in Amel in Ardennes and has 4 bedrooms, perfect for 8 people. The house is in a secluded location and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Around the house, there are lovely walking trails and hundreds of miles of the RAVeL cycle paths, about 2 km from the house. In the winter, you can go cross-country skiing and tobogganing and horse riding in the summer. The Worriken Sports centre has lots of activities you can try. Bütgenbach is 4 km away, the beautiful town of Malmedy about 14 km away, and Spa Francorchamps, a world-famous race track, is only 20 km away. About 30 km away is Plopsacoo, where you can take children. The town centre is only 1 km away, and you can buy general supplies and find restaurants about 4 km away from the villa. There is also a lake, a swimming pool, and cross-country skiing available only 4 km away. The villa is at the end of a small village on a quiet street, so you'll have a lot of privacy and peace. The garden surrounding the house has a pond, a brook, a breakfast terrace, a sun terrace and a spacious lawn, making it a perfect place for a staycation. A wonderful play area for kids is also created, with a climbing frame, playhouse, swing, and slide. The house has a fitness area, and there is a spectacular wellness area, complete with a sauna, solarium, jacuzzi with massage showers, as well as a massage table for which you can hire a professional masseur. The nearest airport is Liège Airport, 83 km away and public transport is 1 km away.

In summer as in winter, a holiday in our charming, quaint neighborhood is very rewarding. A beautiful winter evening by the fireplace, relaxing walks or sleep until noon, everything is possible. We took particular care of the sleeping comfort with new box spring beds and one room with Lattoflex mattresses. For children, we have available games, Lego, Baby Foot, books, board games and a Labrador dog as a playmate, a lot is possible . In summer, you have a choice between 3 terraces around the house, a barbecue and lots of things to do in the area. Many visitors to our area are families and the man spends his time on the circuit of Spa Francorchamps, which is only about 20 minutes away. The Worriken Center in Bütgenbach with its lake is an attraction that you must absolutely visit, as well as the Malmundarium exhibition in Malmédy. The castle Reinhardstein should also count as one of your goals to visit, as is Baugnez 44, an exhibition of the Battle of the Bulge in 1944. In the house are lots of suggestions on what to do during your holiday, I will be happy to help you out. And should you not have your own a car , you can come by train to Verviers and we take of the transfer to the house for you, against only a small fee. Naturally your bikes will also be transported. In the holiday home to you big surprise, you will find an original 1961 Rock Ola Juke Box outfitted with plates from the 70s, and you can even choose from a further 300 records and dance to the music.
