This stunning, listed-building farmhouse is located in the heart of the attractive tourist town of Einruhr. This village, which boast some beautiful timber-framed houses, is a popular destination because of its location right on the Ruhrsee lake and the Eifel National Park. Excursion boats depart from here every day (April - October) for tours through this magnificent natural area. It's also accessible on foot; from your home, you can more or less walk straight into the National Park. This detached farmhouse has been lovingly restored into the magnificent building it is today. The farmhouse retains its original charm and character, including the low ceilings you'll find here and there. The house enjoys absolute privacy and it features a sunny terrace on the side of the house as well as a covered terrace at the back. The bedrooms have nice views of the lake. There's a natural pool, suitable for swimming in summer, only 200 metres away from the holiday home. You can rent pedal boats and rowing boats here as well. Another good way to explore the area is by bicycle, which can be rented from the Tourist Information Office. Popular day trips in the region include visiting the picturesque town of Monschau (18 km) or the historical town of Aachen (40 km).
