Bike rental is available in Schonach, next to Schönwald. hiking: excellent hiking trails for everyone´s physical condition in a beautiful natural environment. Visit as many attractions as you can imagine along your way. Have a rest at one fo the most spectacular viewpoints or historic landmarks. golf: a 9 hole golf course waits for you right across the holiday resort to have the latest check on your handicap. indoor pool & sauna: enjoy the spacy indoor heated pool and the Black Forest sauna in the basement of your holiday resort. outdoor public pool: it´s only a 10 min. walk to the Schönwald public heated outdoor pool. miniature golf: just a 2 minutes stroll away of the public pool the miniature golf course will be opened during the summertime. highrobes: ready for the big kick of your life time? Vogtbauernhof: natural historic open air museum, a historic village of people in the medival aera, where they had lived and worked. Not only intersting to see for kids but also the adults. Downhill sliding during the winter season: Tribergs features a zone of about 1 km long sliding robe, which is real fun. Only about an hour walk or 10 min drive. Country cross skiing: Schönwald has matured to the regional country cross professional training center. No wonder that you can participate of the nicest country cross network-slopes. Regardless if starter or high professional you´ll find over 100 km well prepared cross-trails. Watch out the most spectacular points of views along the way.. Downhill skiing: within walking distance down hill skiing area with lift business as well as a snowboard halfpipe is featured. Skiing instruction courses are available.
