Tradisjonelt hus (90m2) med låve og inngjerdet hage, bygget i 1930, i sentrum av liten, pen, rolig landsby i landbruksområdet på bredden av elven Saone. Området har mange prettty landsbyer og skog, og går eller sykkelturer ved elven, som er ideell for fiske. Det er en chateau kun 3 km unna. Lokale butikker ligger innen lett syklingavstand. Bakers van kommer 6 dager i uken. Større butikker ligger kun en halv time unna i de attraktive byene Gray, Vesoul og, Dampierre sur-Salon. Turmuligheter inkluderer Dijon, Besançon, Dole, Langres, Belfort, Basel, Vosges, Jura og Burgund vinavl region. Lokale aktiviteter: Fiske, svømming (utendørsbasseng bare 6 km unna) gå, sykle.

This is a charming and comfortable house in a quiet, pretty village in lovely country, close to the River Saone (category 2 fishing). Amateur artists will find many picturesque subjects. Shops and restaurants are within easy cycling distance. The Haute-Saone region has not yet been discovered by many tourists, and it offers excellent possibilities for local exploration and touring. Trips to Dijon (Palais des Ducs), Besancon (shops, citadel and zoo), the Grand Ballon des Vosges (hang-gliding) and Champlitte (history museum) are particularly recommended. Switzerland is also within reach for a day trip. There is a very good wood-burning stove which heats the whole house in the autumn and winter, plus electric heaters in the bedrooms. The two children's beds can be moved so that arrangements are flexible. The large garden is enclosed and safe for children and pets, but please do not allow your children to climb in the barn. There is an outdoor swimming park not far away. Your car, bicycles and fishing gear can be kept safely in the large barn. Two bicycles are already provided for you to borrow. The concierge, Mme Favret, is paid to make the house clean and comfortable for you. But sometimes there is not enough time for full cleaning after previous guests have left.
