Villa i Lefkada

Beautiful stone villa with unforgettable view over the Ionian sea, spacious and located in the southern part of Lefkas, appr. 5 km from the beach. The villa is beautifully situated on a hill surrounded by oak and olive trees, decorated with a lot of care and attention to finer detail; the bathrooms are in marble with handmade tiles and the ceilings are made of traditional Lefkas white wood, or by wooden pine or cypress trunks. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and the villa is perfect for a holiday with friends or family and still offers privacy. The summer breeze and the excellent microclimate of this region makes it the ideal villa for a perfect holiday. The spacious veranda offers a unforgettable view of the islands of Cephalonia, Ithaca and other smaller ones. From the swimming pool you have a view onto the sea and the large lounge area makes it the perfect place for sunbathing. In the surrounding area the famous beaches like Vasiliki (5km), Porto Katsiki (8km) and Egkremnoi (12km) or enjoy a wide range of activities. Small towns and little fishing harbors like Athani, Syvota and Poros provide an idyllic backdrop for an authentic Greece culture experience.

The villa is also open during the winter months.
Pool will be out of use in wither.
Pool will be open from the end April to October.
Jacuzzi pool outside will be open in wither time upon request.
Heated Jacuzzi pool during the winter months is charged 700 euros per week, to warm it and we need to know five days before usage to turn heat on.
Dimensions of the outdoor Jacuzzi pool is 7x3m , 6 jets seats, 1 m depth.

There is a yoga studio at the same area, fully equipped with mats, bolsters etc which can be used by our guests, free of charge.

Arrival days only on Saturday and Sunday during the whole year, apart from winter months which could be any day.
-Attention:
- One hour daily cleaning included from May to October. (one person from the staff to clean the house and the swimming pool).
In winter time from November to April cleaning and change of the linen would be in the middle of the week
- Towels for the swimming pool will be provided twice a week.
Delivery from the bakery, in the morning, free of charge. ( only from May to October)
- On request (upon payment) many extra services are available, these need to be requested at the moment of booking or at least two weeks before arrival: In case of private chef we have to know in advance

Baby sitting, massages, aromatherapy, manicure, pedicure, super market shopping and delivery , upon request with extra charge.
- If needed flexible check in and check out times can be requested (depending on availability and following bookings).
Daily change of linen, washing the kitchen utensils/daily kitchen cleaning (€300 per week),
- On request you can receive a discount for a booking of less than the maximum number of people.

Private beach which is a protected area (NATURA) as there are dolphins and monk seals is just below the villa, 200m high, 600 m distance via a path. Good physical condition is required, approximately 30 min to go down and 30 min to come up.

Water sports, diving, wind-surfing, horse riding, paragliding, walking, sailing, fishing,cycling, mountain biking etc.

- Attractions:
naturist famous beaches (5-8 km), churches (6km), temple of Apollo (10 km), light house (10 km), waterfalls (25 km), winery tours (15 km), museums (40 km).

- Daily cruises to the nearest islands (from Vasiliki or from Nidri harbor).

-The earth road ( unpaved ) is the shortcut from Vasilki village to the villas. Vasiliki is on the southeastern part of the island, the gusts, can also come via the paved road from Lefkada town, western direction, Athani, Porto Katsiki, only 600 m unpaved road to the villa.The distance is the same from both directions .According to the local authorities declaration , short cut to Vasiliki would be paved before spring 2019.
