This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Srbinjak, 19 km away from Poreč and its lovely beaches. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in athentic Istrian style in the year 2012, representing a lovely combination between comfort and the unique atmospheare of a traditional istrian stone house. The Villa David has a garden of 600 m2 with a lovely lawn, 24 m2 swimming pool, terrace with fireplace for barbecue and private parking places. Villa for 6-8 people with a total of 120 m2. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen, livingroom with two sleeeping couches, satellite TV, dining area with table for 8 people and exit to the swimming pool, Bath/toilet. At the first floor there are in total 3 double-bedrooms, each with own shower or bath/toilet, two of them with a french bed and one with separate beds. All the bedrooms have view of the pool.
