This charming Istrian house is located in a small village Smolici situated 8 kilometers from Višnjana and 21 km from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in 1850 and completely renovated in 2010, equipped with a combination of rustic and modern furniture and located on two floors. On the enclosed garden of 1200 m2, guests of Casa Anna can enjoy in the beautifully maintained flower garden and the burble of water from a small pond. In addition to floral idyll the guests have on their disposal a swimming pool of 24 m2, two covered terraces with sitting set, summer kitchen with a grill and 6 bikes for recreational gathering. The balcony on the first floor offers a beautiful view on the Istrian olive plantations and cultivated fields. The house owner does not live on the property. Holiday house for 6 persons with a total living area of 108 m2. At the ground floor of the house there is a small tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and shower/toilet, while on the first floor (accessed by external stairs) there is a living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with double bed, from which one is with a private balcony, shower/toilet in the corridor.
