Denne kjæledyrvennlige bungalowen ligger bortgjemt i utkanten av en skog i Sestri Levante, og er et fredelig fristed for opptil 4 gjester. Eiendommen er omgitt av grøntområder, og er ideell for familier eller venner som ønsker å slappe av i naturen mens de holder seg innen rekkevidde av Ligurias kystlinje og sjarmerende landsbyer. Denne 1-etasjes bungalowen har et funksjonelt åpent kjøkken med keramisk kokeplate, hette og kjøleskap med fryser. Det inkluderer tre soverom: et rom med en king-size-seng, et andre med en enkeltseng og et barnerom med køyesenger eller to enkeltsenger. Badet har dusj, servant og toalett. Oppvarming sikrer komfort i kjøligere årstider. Gjestene kan nyte et felles svømmebasseng, utendørs grill, bordtennis og en privat hage som er møblert for utendørs servering. Det er til og med en vinterhage/veranda for helårsbruk, en projeksjonsskjerm tilgjengelig på forespørsel og staller på stedet for en ekstra sjarm på landet. Bare 12 km fra sjøen, 10 km fra Sestri Levantes pulserende sentrum, og nær restauranter og naturstier, tilbyr dette tilfluktsstedet en unik blanding av eventyr og ro. WiFi inkludert.

If you want a nature holiday, you like walking, living and doing outdoor activities, like no noise except the rushing of the stream, our position and our proposal is ideal. Arrival in daylight hours is advisable. For more information upon your arrival you can always give a call to Walter, the owner. If you want to wander around this area, closed shoes are recommended. And for trekkers at night a small torch too! Walter also has a mountainbike programma for the sportive people that want to overcome the hills by bike. Guest comment August 2014: We stayed one week at Le Sorgenti del Gromolo, a property consisting of an ancient but beautiful maintained house with two small, fully equipped, modern bungalows (two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen), owned by the incredible hospitable Walter. This is enjoying nature while having the comfort of an own bungalow! Waking up while hearing the flow of the little stream called Gromolo, having a cup of coffee (we bought one of those small Italian cookers to make coffee) on the veranda overseeing the green valley upto the Ligurian coast a few miles away, this is a place to relax… And at night when lights go out, it is dark – really dark – Gromolo dark! On a Sunday afternoon Walter with his wife and daughter organised Italian lunch having some 15 or so Italian guests, if you have that opportunity, you must join to taste the wonderful meals prepared by them and experience the Italian “atmosphere” while enjoying the view from the terrace near the house. The location lies in the mountains surrounded by forest at about 500 meters altitude and to go there you have to travel a 4.5 km long off-road path which takes about half an hour in mainly first gear, make sure you and your car are prepared. If you prefer, Walter has a Landrover available in which case you can park your car below. We made several trips in the area, Sestri Levante has a beach, restaurants and large supermarket where you can find all things you may need. For us (2 adults and a 7 year-old) it was a wonderful week, we enjoyed the quietness of the place combined with some beautiful trips in the area. Some tips: bring a flashlight or two (to walk to/from the bungalow at night); some spray against mosquitos (you are surrounded by nature and there are some bugs); if you like walking: decent shoes; if you like coffee: buy an Italian coffee cooker or arrange breakfast with Walter (both his breakfasts and dinners can be recommended if you prefer a more all-inclusive style).
