Dette vakre herregården ligger på 300 m høyde i åsene og i Val Vibrata. Du har panoramautsikt. Huset består av en villa og et anneks med totalt 8 leiligheter. Det er en romslig hage og et felles svømmebasseng. Leilighetene er fullstendig renovert og smakfullt innredet. Herregården ligger i åsene i Teramo, midt i det grønne landskapet. Sjøen er bare 3 km og innen 30 minutter kan du være i fjellet. Spesielt Gran Sasso nasjonalpark og Monti della Laga er veldig verdifulle. Herregården ligger i en unik beliggenhet mellom havet og fjellene og er et område borte fra folkemengdene. Den vakre byen Ascoli Piceno er en 20 minutters kjøretur, og det er morsomt å besøke.
