I dette landlige huset, bygget i 1700, som er helt integrert i grøntområdet med oliven og sitrus trær, er det 4 leiligheter. Landsbyhuset ligger noen få hundre meter fra det sentrale torget i Sorrento og nær Amalfikysten. Leilighet Edera er en velutstyrt leilighet med aircondition og har en vakker hage. Det milde og tørre klimaet gjør halvøya Sorrento til et ideelt reisemål i alle årstider. Det er et unikt sted i verden, hvor du kan velge mellom stille og natur, kultur og uteliv. Landskapet kan nås til fots eller med en liten bil via en gammel, skrånende romersk vei. For større biler er det en sikker og overbygd parkeringsplass tilgjengelig 600 meter fra huset (mot avgift). Sentrum, Piazza Tasso, ligger ca 1 km unna. Huset er ikke egnet for personer som har problemer med å gå på grunn av beliggenheten.
