A breathtaking view! You'll probably won't want to leave here anymore! You won't get bored of this view from your lounger at the edge of your private swimming pool. How beautiful and what a peace and quiet! The nice village of La Roquette-sur-Var (1 km) is located on an altitude of 380 m; the air is clean and you'll be surrounded by panoramic views of nature reserve Parc National du Mercantour. If you want even higher mountains, you can reach the skiing area of Isola in an hour and a half (70 km). The detached villa is very comfortable, has spacious rooms and offers modern furnishings. Enter the home via the large living room and open plan kitchen with beautiful view. Upstairs there's a large bedroom with bathroom and French doors to the terrace. Downstairs, on the swimming pool level, there are another 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a second living room with seating area and refrigerator (for your cold drinks by the swimming pool!). You're in the beautiful hinterland of Nice (34 km) and Monaco (48 km). In about half an hour you can reach Nice (by car or bus). There are many lovely mountain villages in the area, including the village of Levens (7 km) at an altitude of 600 m. For a beautiful walk around the town, just follow the gold-coloured arrows on the pavement (it couldn't be easier!). In the Mercantour nature area there are numerous activities for the sports enthusiast. Kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and cycling, it's all here!
