Dette hjemmet ligger kun 4 km fra generelle butikker og restauranter, og gir også enkel tilgang til en tennisbane og en golfbane for de som ønsker å holde seg aktive. Den nærliggende innsjøen, 27 km unna, er perfekt for familiepiknik og utendørs moro.

Innvendig er et stort kjøkken fullt utstyrt med kaffemaskin, stekeovn, mikrobølgeovn og oppvaskmaskin, ideelt for å tilberede måltider. Innendørs oppvarming sikrer komfort hele året, og eiendommen inkluderer en barnestol og barneseng for de minste. Terrassens grill inviterer deg til å lage mat og spise utendørs. Vær oppmerksom på at kjæledyr ikke er tillatt.

The weekly Saturday market in Toucy is a must ! Find unique local products -fresh and very tastefull such as cheeses wines- bread-meat and vegetables direct from the growers - Try the local cheese Soumaintrain : divine tasting !
Come and enjoy this green and beautifull countryside named Puysaie- where life is still authentic and stay at the farm where we keep the gardens in perfect shape - have flowers all year round (" just like our mother Angela wanted it-": the De Ryck brothers ( Guido and Renaat)
Come and visit the nearby Chateau de Saint Fargeau, once home to the mistresses of Louis XIV and take children to the authentic medieva farm runned by retired farmers just adjacent to it. A few miles further the Guedelon site is a fantastic project of castle builders : it does attract half a million people from all over the world and is a unique historical project reconstructing the building techniques used in the 11th century - this is a whole day excursion. If you also like to taste wines the vineyards of Sancerre -Pouilly and Chablis are less than 50 km away from our house and best is to visit the local tourist center who will help and guide you. Try also to to visit Vezelay -a Unesco site in the nearby Morvan natural park.
Auxerre has many nice restaurants and cafés and historic places such as the roman Saint Germain presbitary ( 9th century!) a great Merovinger cultural center including one of the oldest wall paintings in France .
The Puysaie region has inspired writers such as Colette who loved the beauty of nature. Let it also inspire you !
