Bathrooms are eqquiped with shower, bathtub and a washing machine. In the main living area you can find a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and modern appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area and a comfortable living room. Villa Kate is situated on a large plot of 900 m2 and offers exceptional comfort and privacy. This villa has an outdoor pool and a large indoor heated pool. The house also offers additional content such as table tennis, table football and a children's playground, as well as a sauna in which you can relax. Groups of young people are not allowed.
