This authentic, completely renovated Istrian stone house is located in the village Perci, 10 km from Poreč and 5,5 km from the beach in the tourist resort Lanterna. The house was built in the middle of the XIX century, and it was completely renovated in the year 2015. This house represents a succesfull example of the restoration of an Istrian house with implementation of modern design and offers to its guests an outstanding level of comfort and style. Located on its own enclosed property of 206 m2, the Villa Regina Perci offers to its guests an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious covered terrace with summer kitchen as well as parking places for two cars.
