Villa Pilato is a luxurious property for 14 persons located in the village Vrh Lasici in the area of Vizinada. The property belongs to the same-named family that are for decades engaged in the production of wine and whose wines are among the top Croatian wines. Villa Pilato is situated on a fenced plot of 800 m2 on which there are two stone houses, fully renovated, a swimming pool of 40 m2, whirlpool, covered terrace for outdoor dining, barbecue fireplace, pool hall, laundry, fenced sports field and several parking spaces. The smaller house, completely air-conditioned, that is next to the pool consists of ground floor where we find a smaller kitchen, dining table, sofa, separate toilet and a big covered terrace. On the first floor there is a big bedroom with double bed, shower/toilet and spacious covered terrace. The big house, also air-conditioned is on three floors. The ground floor has a large living area with fireplace, satellite TV, sitting set and dining tables for 1 persons, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with shower/toilet and separate toilet. On the first and second floor there are in total 5 bedrooms, each with satellite TV, and three of them with private bath/toilet and one bath/toilet in the hallway.
