This park with 12 apartments has a very special location. You look out over mountainous Sierra de Tejeda, a national park ideal for fabulous walks. The apartments are divided across two buildings and there is a lovely, intimate atmosphere. This corner house has room for 4 to 6 people, is situated on the ground level and has a covered and fenced private garden. Surrounding the complex lies a beautiful flower garden full of oleanders, fruit trees, cacti and plants, as well as lovely seating to enjoy it all. The central point is the enclosed, shared swimming pool, that can be covered in the winter months. There is an outdoor shower and a lovely lawn with sun loungers. The shared BBQ and garden furniture are waiting for you. Why not take a walk to La Maroma: from the top of the mountain you can look out across the famous Sierra Nevada and, on a clear day, even see Morocco. A lovely walk from the apartment will take you straight to the ruins of Castillo de Zalia. The climb to the top is worth it when you stare out at the panoramic view across the lake of Viñuela. The lake is just half an hour away by car. Drive on a little further to Torre del Mar (25 km), with it's long, sweeping sandy beach.
