This organic farmhouse consists of four apartments and is located in the hills near Montalto just 20 minutes from the sea and the beach. The apartments have simple furniture with a rural atmosphere. There is a large communal garden, garden furniture and barbecue for guests. At the agriturismo is also a swimming pool, an ideal place to relax. The farmhouse has 23 hectares of land, and guests can buy organic vegetables and fruit. You reach the farmhouse by a path with cherry trees. The environment consists of forests, vineyards, orchards, olive groves and fields and in the distance you can see the Sibillini Mountains and the valley. You can walk in the woods and in the peaceful and unspoilt countryside surrounding it. On request you can get a tour of the farm. 6 km away is a riding school and you can fish in the Santarelli lakes. The Sibillini Mountains are 35 km away and you can do beautiful mountain walks. 25 km away is the palm promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare beach and the sea.
