Villa i Viškovići

As the name of the villa already suggests... you'll have a magnificent view from this spot of the surrounding area. This detached modern villa with private swimming pool is located on the east coast of Istria only 2 km from the beach. The medieval town of Labin (15 km) offers museums, nice little shops and cosy restaurants with lovely specialities of the region on the menu. The well-known towns of Pula and Rovinj are within an hour's drive. There are a lot of walking trails in the area. In the near vicinity is a path that leads to Mount Skitača (425 m). From the top you'll have an impressive view over the islands of Kvarner. After a day's sightseeing you can dream away on the sofa swing at Villa Bellavista while watching the sunset. The interior is comfortable and well-kept. A spacious sun terrace with swimming pool, sun loungers and a BBQ are on ground floor level. There is a covered terrace for when you just want to escape the sun for a bit, a table-tennis table and table football. On the first floor is a living room with lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the spacious first floor deck with sea views: a wonderful place to have breakfast! Furthermore there are four bedrooms and bathrooms with air conditioning.
