Set amidst nature, in a large farm, this 9-bedroom holiday home in Issac can host a large group of 18 or multiple families. It offers a private swimming pool surrounded by a deced sun terrace to take a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. The central location brings all facilities within reach. The town center and restaurants are at 1 km. Mussidan is at 8 km and has supermarket, restaurants, and opportunities for water sports. Visit Perigeux with its golf course at 30 km and also explore the nearby places like Sarlat at 80 km and Bergerac at 22 km. The ambience of the farm, tasteful furnishings, and floor heating offer a cozy stay. For little guests, a trampoline, table tennis table, children's bed and high chair are present. The several terraces around the house and the furnished garden offer a lovely family time outdoors. In the evening, you can light up the barbecue and enjoy it. You can bring 2 pets. Parking is available. Bergerac Airport is at 35 km and train station is at 8 km.

GENERAL
Gapard is a family house where for many summers, we as the owners, have enjoyed being tougether with familie, friends and lovedones .
The large and quiet plot of 8 hectares is a wonderful place to stay, there is something to do for everyone.
Children can swim / play in the large swimming pool, jump on the trampoline, play football, table tennis ....
Adults can relax in the pool, enjoy the sunny terraces, walk on the large grounds (very early in the morning you can often spot deer and / or wild boars) or read a book under the umbrella or under the giant oak tree!
There is also plenty to do in the area; visiting old towns, canoeing, tree climbing, trout fishing, horseback riding ..........
Gapard offers a great opportunity for a perfect holiday, away from the crowds and the large tourist flow, but also near enough to what the Dordogne has to offer. The best of both worlds ;-)

SPRING / SUMMER 2020
At the moment, the Covid-19 virus plays an important role for many of us in Europe, including Gapard.
The great advantage of Gapard is that you can be well isolated with family and friends. Ofcourse it is always more fun to be able to make trips in the area, but if that is difficult given the situation we are in now, Gapard offers 8 hectares of privateland, a big swimmingpool and enough possibilities to play and relax for a beautiful and safe holiday.
The spaces in the house are large, there are sufficient sanitary facilities (4 bathrooms and 6 toilets) and the apartments can be internally
(12 people and 6 people) close off from each other if that is desirable for safety. Enough reasons to be safe on Gapard despite the Covid-19 virus!
