Villa i Muntrilj

Villa Mušković is located on the outskirts of the village Muntrilj in Istria inland. Only 4 km from Muntrilj is Tinjan where you find a supermarket and a typical restaurant. Porec (21 km) is famous for numerous beaches, rich gastronomic offer as well as entertainment and sport facilities. Villa Mušković is one of the three houses in the Village Duhici and all have the same owner - family Mušković. For decades, the Mušković family has been producing premium wines in which you can enjoy just a few steps from your vacation home in untouched nature. On the enclosed property Villa Mušković offers a private swimming pool, a summer kitchen with dining table and grill, playground with slide and teeter, smaller laundry and two parking spaces. It consists of living room with exit to the pool and covered terrace, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a separate toilet in the hallway. The holiday home is partly suitable for disabled, as far as the width of the doors is concerned and there are no obstacles on the floor. Note: The bathrooms are not suitable for disabled people.
