Villa David Poreč is a spacious holiday home with a large garden in Spadici, a suburb of Poreč. In the immediate vicinity you'll find a restaurant, supermarket and bakery. The nearest beach is about 2 km from the house. In 2018, Villa David Poreč will receive a new saltwater swimming pool, a whirlpool, a separate toilet, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a large covered terrace; a wonderful spot to eat together. On the ground floor you'll find a living room with dining area and access to the covered terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are in total four bedrooms and a bathroom. Please note: Villa David Porec is located near a main road.
