This semi-detached holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the town of Kapelica, 3 km away from the centre of Labin and 6 km away from the beautiful beaches of Rabac. You'll have a garden with swimming pool, sun terrace, loungers and BBQ at your disposal. There is a covered terrace with dining table, perfect for alll your alfresco meals. The friendly owner sometimes uses the other half of the house (not the swimming pool). On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with direct access to the terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and also one bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom and balcony, and a separate bathroom.
