The property is situated in a very quiet and green area, not far from the sea and the lagoon of Venice, 30km from the pine forest and the beaches of Rosolina Mare, both public and equipped. If you love fishing, you'll find plenty of rivers in the immediate surroundings. If you are a hiking or cycling lover, you'll also find great paths nearby. Porto Tolle is 16km away and offers the possibility to take a ferry and navigate the entire area of Delta del Po. Adria is 15km away and boasts Etrurian archaeological ruins. Venice and Ferrara are also easily reachable.
