Villa i Labinci

This luxury and modern villa with private pool is located in the town of Labinci, 10 km from Porec and the beach of Lanterna! There is plenty to do in Porec. For example, you can visit the famous Euphrasian Basilica, shop or enjoy an ice cream on one of the terraces. In the evening you can dine in a restaurant with a glass of Istrian wine, looking back on a fantastic day! Within a few minutes by car you will find a supermarket, restaurants and wine routes. On a fenced plot you will have a sun terrace with sunbeds, a saltwater swimming pool and a covered terrace with a large BBQ at your disposal. Here you can enjoy cozy barbecue evenings together! The villa consists of two floors and is air-conditioned. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with high ceilings.
