Feriebolig i Saint-Remèze

Lovely vacation home, built in the Ardèche- style. Part of the house dates from around 1880, the rest was added by the current owner in the same style. The house is adjacent to a workshop where the owner makes his own honey. The owners reside in a small building in the back, separate from your premises. You have a wonderful large private terrace at your disposal with a stone sitting area, a parasol and a BBQ, overlooking the wooded landscape. The terrace then leads to a shady multi-level grass garden (with a swing). Via a staircase from the garden you can reach the fenced, oval shaped pool which is on a higher level, with a slide and lounge chairs (the owners and their daughter also occasionally use the pool). The pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen, a shower and a toilet. The villa lies remotely on the flank of a hill a few kilometres from the village of Grass; A perfect spot to unwind. You can visit the ruins in St. Montant (10 km). And then of course there's the Ardèche Gorges from the bustling Vallon Pont d'Arc. Along the Gorges you will find caves such as the Grotte de la Madelaine and the Grotte de St. Marcel.
