On both floors you will find a bathroom, where the bathroom on the ground floor is highly unique, because next to a washbasin and shower there is a lovely steam cabin built in. In the basement there is room to store your skis, and there is also an infrared sauna here. The direct surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountaineering opportunities. You can also explore the entire area by bike using the Tauern Radweg. You can get some refreshment in the nearby Hollersbacher Badesee, where you'll also find a playground and tennis, football and volleyball courts. Prefer to play golf? An 18-hole golf course can be found in nearby Mittersill (7 km). Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding or ski tours, because you are a short distance from the lift, you are at the beautiful ski resort of Kitzbühel in just a few minutes. Everywhere in the area you can go tobogganing, snow shoe walking or you could take a sleigh ride. After skiing or in the evening, we recommend to go tobogganing on Europe's longest natural toboggan run (14 km) in nearby Bramberg - there even is a free "tobogganing train".
