It offers a lot of space and is an ideal holiday home for family reunions. Surrounded by terraces and balconies you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the nearby islands and the garden area where you can grill.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (two refrigerators, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, crockery and cutlery, etc.) with a dining area.
Three bedrooms have air conditioning while one bedroom has a fan. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower.
Two terraces are available for your private use;
The larger terrace (50m2) offers sea and garden views while you enjoy the shade of the kiwi tree.
The smaller terrace (25m2) is located behind the house with a view of the garden and a barbecue area.
In front of the house is our private parking lot, which you are welcome to use free of charge.
Beaches, restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds, bakeries and a grocery store are all within walking distance of the property. If you want to explore the wider Dubrovnik region, we recommend renting a vehicle. Due to its location, Dubrovnik and Cavtat can be easily reached by car (10-15 minutes) or public transport (20-25 minutes).
